During this DAO playthrough I was going to stick to “straight male dwarf who prefers dwarven ladies only”. He’s got a son in Orzammar and adventured a little in the Pearl with some dwarven prostitute. And then Morrigan suddenly ninja-ed him. So now his “dwarves only” rule is broken. What next? Zevran? XD
There is something I’d never understand…
Disclaimer. I love most of the characters I’m going to talk about. And when I say “most”, I mean “all but two”. Also, I’m not judging anyone’s opinions (even if I question them), I’m just stating mine.
I noticed that despite the fact that all the characters in Dragon Age games (and in DA2 in particular) are flawed, people in the fandom often judge them based on some strange assumption.
Take a popular opinion about Merrill, for example. She’s seen as a naive, head-in-the-clouds, young girl who plays with Eeeeeevil things without realizing how dangerous they are. It’s blood magic. Period. Bad by default. But let’s compare her to the other characters and damage they do, intentionally or not.
Every Sunday I stay awake till late in hope Monday will never come…
I love my office, I like my job, but I hate being surrounded by people who constantly speak either to each other or on their mobile phones. They’re so noisy…
It’s hard to be an introvert…
Last video for today, I promise. :)
A classic rivalmance. M/m fans among my followers may like it. ;)
For non-Europeans who are curious what Eurovision is. Five winners in one video.
Eurovision song from Macedonia. Love it.
Sorry I’m late, but I would worry! D:
And I missed this comment somehow. Thank you!
The question was hypothetical, so there is no need for a sad smile. :)
Is this a troll?
I don’t think so. I think its just somebody who honestly likes the pairing but they need to realize its not part of the lore. The Theirin Bloodline will die with Alistair. Have a feeling the next king will be a Cousland, if Fergus has more kids.
Why is it not a part of the lore? It may very well be a part of the lore for this player or even this particular playthrough (especially if Alistair wasn’t in love with the Warden), as well as Anora or Alistair being a single ruler or being co-ruling with the Warden. The canon is very fluid in this matter. Alistair will never have kids with femCousland either, so it’s not the reason to dismiss Alistair/Anora ship. I think that in certain circumstances their marriage can grow from a political alliance into something more personal.

Legacy nightmare
I desperately need a mod that turns off the friendly fire on Nightmare, because Bethany and Fenris kill Hawke much more often than the darkspawn…
